Whisk together all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl with a fork. Spoon into a jar with a sealed lid and close and refrigerate for 4-5 hours, but preferably overnight before eating. Enjoy!

½ cup rolled oats

½ cup milk

1 tbsp chia seeds

½ tsp vanilla extract

0-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

 

 

GONE BANANAS OVERNIGHT OATS

½ cup rolled oats

½ cup milk

1 tbsp chia seeds

½ tsp vanilla extract

0-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1 tbsp peanut/almond butter

½ ripe banana

½ tsp cinnamon

PB CUP OVERNIGHT OATS

½ cup rolled oats

½ cup milk

1 tbsp chia seeds

½ tsp vanilla extract

0-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1-2 tbsp peanut/almond butter

1-2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

 

VANILLA TROPICAL PARADISE OVERNIGHT OATS

½ cup rolled oats

½ cup milk

1 tbsp chia seeds

½ tsp vanilla extract

0-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1/3 cup chopped pineapple

½ ripe banana

2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

BLUEBERRY CHIA OVERNIGHT OATS

½ cup rolled oats

½ cup milk

1 tbsp chia seeds

½ tsp vanilla extract

0-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

¼ cup blueberries (gently stir in after other ingredients are stirred together)
