- All orders received are processed in 1-2 business days. Transit time ranges from 5-10 business days. At times, holidays, weather, and other issues out of our control can cause delays and increased transit times.
- Free Shipping on $75, it's true! Pura Stainless offers free ground shipping on qualified orders: $75+ subtotal. Valid throughout the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Pura Stainless does not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
- All orders are covered during shipment and delivery by Route.com. To file a claim, please go to Route.com. The Route coverage is $0.98 per order, even on orders that qualify for free shipping.
- Unfortunately, at this time Pura Stainless does not ship to international destinations. Please contact us so we can help find the best international distributor for you!
